{"id":1243,"date":"2018-06-11T11:34:04","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T09:34:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rsu.unimi.it\/?p=1243"},"modified":"2018-06-11T11:34:04","modified_gmt":"2018-06-11T09:34:04","slug":"indicazione-rsu-in-merito-alle-elezioni-del-futuro-rettore-rettrice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rsu.unimi.it\/?p=1243","title":{"rendered":"INDICAZIONE RSU IN MERITO ALLE ELEZIONI DEL FUTURO RETTORE\/RETTRICE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Rsu in previsione dell\u2019elezione per il nuovo Rettore, il cui primo turno di voto sar\u00e0 mercoled\u00ec 13 e gioved\u00ec 14 giugno, dopo ampio dibattito ha deciso a maggioranza quanto segue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>ASTENERSI<\/u> DAL VOTO AL PRIMO TURNO*\u00a0<u>(13 e 14 giugno)<\/u>come gesto politico per manifestare la propria contrariet\u00e0 al sistema di rappresentanza che vede il personale tecnico-amministrativo e bibliotecario valere il 15% di un docente: 1.872 dipendenti esprimono l\u2019equivalente di 280 voti;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>*- al primo turno viene eletto il candidato che raggiunga il 50%+1 (pari a 1.342) dei voti <u>esprimibili (pari a 2.682)<\/u>: in questa ipotesi in ogni caso sarebbe decisivo il SOLO voto dei docenti. A<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>l secondo turno viene eletto il candidato che raggiunga il 50%+1 dei voti <u>espressi<\/u>: in questa ipotesi il voto del personale potrebbe essere DECISIVO.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>VOTARE<\/u> AL SECONDO TURNO <u>(20 e 21 giugno ed eventuale ballottaggio del 27 e 28 giugno)<\/u> QUALORA TRA I DUE CANDIDATI AL BALLOTTAGGIO VI SIA UNA DIFFERENZA DI VOTI TALE DA POTER INCIDERE PER L\u2019ELEZIONE DI UNO DEI DUE CONTENDENTI E A FRONTE DELL\u2019ACCOGLIMENTO DELLE SEGUENTI RICHIESTE (ufficializzato con un \u201ccontratto\u201d con la RSU):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>COSA VOGLIAMO DAL NUOVO RETTORE<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; UN IMPEGNO A RIVEDERE LE DECISIONI RISPETTO AL TRASFERIMENTO DEI DIPARTIMENTI SCIENTIFICI NELL\u2019AREA DI RHO-EXPO ATTO A GARANTIRE UNA SIGNIFICATIVA PERMANENZA A CITTA\u2019 STUDI DEI DIPARTIMENTI SCIENTIFICI, IN PRIMIS I CONTRARI AL TRASFERIMENTO;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; UN IMPEGNO AD AUMENTARE LA PARTECIPAZIONE DELLA RAPPRESENTANZA DEL PERSONALE TECNICO AMMINISTRATIVO NEGLI ORGANI STATUTARI, A COMINCIARE DAL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE.<\/p>\n<h4>COSA NON VOGLIAMO DAL NUOVO RETTORE<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; CHE IN CONTINUITA\u2019 CON IL RETTORE USCENTE, SI CONSENTA ALLA POLIZIA DI ENTRARE IN ATENEO PER AGGREDIRE STUDENTI E LAVORATORI (RICORDIAMO QUANTO ACCADUTO IL 6 MARZO 2018);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; CHE COME AVVENUTO IN PASSATO LE DECISIONI DEL RETTORE SIANO PRESE NONOSTANTE LA CONTRARIETA\u2019 DEI DIPARTIMENTI INTERESSATI ALLE RISPETTIVE DECISIONI.
